At Weight Loss Is Not Cookie Cutter, all book and digital product sales are considered final.
Due to the nature of our products—including printed books, downloadable materials, and proprietary content—we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once a purchase has been completed.
Please review the following terms carefully:
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases of books (physical or digital) are non-refundable and non-returnable.
2. Digital Products
All eBooks, PDFs, guides, trackers, and downloadable materials are delivered instantly and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a physical book that is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery with proof of damage (photo required). We will review and, if approved, provide a replacement copy. Refunds will not be issued.
4. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.
5. Third-Party Purchases
Books purchased through third-party platforms (such as Amazon or other retailers) are subject to the return and refund policies of those platforms and must be handled directly through them.
